Jeff is a movement specialist who bridges the gap between clinical rehabilitation and peak performance. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and over 20 years of experience in fitness, he creates comprehensive paths to wellness.

Quinn specializes in prenatal and postnatal care, buccal, TMJ therapy, and Arvigo Maya massage. Her treatments are designed to support the body through different stages of life, helping clients feel more connected, balanced, and at ease.

Hunter Darnell, LMT

Bodywork Practitioner

Hunter (she/they) uses dynamic and integrated massage and bodywork techniques that center your relief. Often influenced by their professional background in modern/contemporary dance, their approach aims to address any inhibiting musculoskeletal patterns in order to enhance your freedom in movement, deepen your restorative rest, and promote somatic connection.

Caroline Christoff, RYT 300

Yoga Instructor

Caroline (she/they) is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed her first yoga training in Philly with Three Queens Yoga. Her training is rooted in the Universal Principles of Alignment from the Anusara lineage of tantric yoga.  

Caroline specializes in joint hyper mobility and integrates the therapeutic benefits of yoga to build strength and minimize chronic injury.  She utilizes props in creative ways to increase her students' interoception not only for the practice of yoga, but to support any athlete's progress in their sport.

Shannon Jones, LMT, CMLDT

Specialized Bodywork Practitioner

Shannon specializes in Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage offering individually tailored sessions designed to decrease soft-tissue restrictions, activate your body’s parasympathetic response, promote  lymphatic return, and aid in post-surgical healing.

Lynn Gallagher, LMT

Lynn Gallagher is an embodied touch and TMJ-massage + bodywork specialist 

With a 10-year multidisciplinary background spanning massage, advanced facial and bodywork, holistic skincare, somatic practices, herbalism, and integrative wellness, Lynn has developed a distinct approach to hands-on care centered on embodied presence: intuitive yet results-driven touch that intersects the relationship between the body, mind, and the nervous system. Her work is informed by both philosophies of traditional eastern medicine as well as clinical practices to establish the root causes of dysfunction and imbalance, guiding the body/mind/spirit toward wholeness.
